@Arkv2 I agree. It looks like an obese Japanese Sega Saturn console.
@B3astofthe3ast
I dunno, I've seen some really entertaining games for the Droid (and Android at large) over the past few weeks. Some of them may also be available on the iPhone, but they are out there.
@pika2000
I'm sorry, how's being a cheese-eating surrender monkey working out for you? Ads are tailored to the particular country they're shown in. I'm sure if there was one for the Droid in Japan, for example (and I'm pretty sure they'd call it the Droid in Japan) it'd probably transform into a giant robot and blow an iPhone to bits.
@The Dead Marxist Trio

I use my droid in portrait all the time, so I don't know where you get the idea you can only use it in landscape. And you get used to the keyboard after a bit; it's not perfect, but nothing ever is.
I hope that NVIDIA steps back up to the plate and improves. I used to prefer their cards to ATI's, but the last three NVIDIAs I've owned all burned out on me within weeks.

What planet are you living on? I know several people who tossed their iPhones for Droids (and even a few for the Droid Eris). Maybe if you stepped out of the coffee shop every so often you'd notice that.
@TareG
Because there's this thing called "different people like different things." I personally like the Droid the way it is.
I'm actually curious to know what they plan for the opposite. I commented last week on my twitter that I'd caught a cold and instantly was bombarded by several doctors (none of which I knew) who were wanting me to come see them immediately. A few were clearly spammers (never bothered to see my profile and where I lived), but the majority were local ones. If regulators are going to be concerned about things like the above, it needs to be said that it cuts both ways.
@maveric101
I personally think it's a bareknuckle bucket of awesome.
@fanboykiller You were actually thinking? Could've fooled me on that one.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
