Whats funny is that this thread is totally devoid of the type of meltdown that triple fans have whenever they lose exclusivity (ie GTAIV and FF13).

Um, actually, thats not funny at all, it's kinda sad.
Actually the most brillinat thing about Braid is how it reveals trolls who never played it on discussion threads.

LOL.
ryuk,

Stale thread, so you probably wont ever get to read this, but it looks to me, that their review of Black Crows was right on.

Assuming everything else is perfect, and that no game deserves a 10 out of 10.... It gets -1 for being a mp game without co-op in 2009. That gives it a max possible 8 out of 10. Massive over the top sony melodrama soap opera in a game is a -1, in FPS video games less story is more, 7 out of 10. FPS game on rails is -1, you have to at least give me the illusion of freedom, this is how they manage the facet count. 6 out of 10.

Give it a +1 for best in class graphics. Final score is 7 out of 10. AKA, makes a splash at launch is forgotten about a couple of months later.

Sony already knows this. If it was going to be a best of PS3 title, it would be released in September.
Leo Laport is a guy who has a blog and had his 15 minutes of fame... What 10 years ago now? On the Screen Savers and was one of the many personalities that was less interesting that the beautiful Olivia Munn. That couldn't get hired by the new network when it formed?

How does Olivia Munn feel about the xbox??? I have no idea. But I am certain I would rather look at Olivia Munn in a bikini than leo laporte!
Yeah... I realize you are a troll, but still I tend to agree. From all the videos I have seen KZ2 looks like it offers absolutely nothing to the FPS genra except for pretty graphics. Far Cry 2 had very pretty graphics but that game sucked as well. (and Crysis IMO)

On top of it, from the spoiler movies I have seen, the game seems to be a retelling of the first Iraq war from a pro-bushie stance. Sony games seem really big on the stupid stories. I don't care about the melodrama. I play FPS for the head shots, although grenade sticks were a happy diversion;)

Add in another red flag that I see in games a lot... long development time with lots of delays, those games always seem to be disappointments.

Finally, I could ignore all those issues for great FPS, but it is on PS3... So the whole thing is going to be a quiet experience.

And WTF??? No co-op??? In 2009 a game is gonna be released without co-op? Are you kidding me?

Soooo... looking at Maxims demographic it is quite possible that 50 cent will be a better game to their readers than KZ2 which looks over the top nerdy and lacking anything that will make it stand out.
Id rather see a mashup of Halo 3 and Left 4 Dead, oh wait, ODST comes out this fall.

Serial over USB works great for modems, but for precision motion control, it introduces latency... Which is why all the motion control stuff still uses serial or parallel ports hooked right to the CPU;)
I take it you don't know what you are talking about;) Gud nuf.

Say you were running your motion control software off of something like Microsofts Robot control software or even labview, instead of just pushing g code through the interface. Yeah, I can see cases where you would want and even need a fast CPU;)

But yeah, if you were just running performance motion control just moving lights around a stage where timing and precision is not important, then yeah, your iMac usb interface ought to cover that perfectly;)
Yeah, go and look what this company designs for. Yeah... These are intended to be mounted inside of a control panel for machine control. I think those disgraceful USB ports are for hooking in the shameful accessories called a keyboard and mouse... You know, when you have this computer mounted in a situation that it was designed for.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
