okay i think ppl are misunderstanding my comment. I was merely stating that at least for me there isn't any compelling reasons for me to upgrade newer psp models unless the graphics vastly improve. Because like Paulmichael stated psp is already close to ps2 graphics which is really good already. And I was merely assuming although it maybe many years from now ps3 graphics on the newer psp is bound to come, maybe around when new playstation comes out or something. and for tekdroid as technologies improve so does power efficiency. Just look at the old psp and psp slim although the battery capacity has gone down the power, psp slim still gets same play time as the old psp model. And if you put in the regular psp battery in the psp you almost get double the play time.
I don't think I'll ever update my psp slim unless sony comes up with a psp that has graphics close to ps3, now that would be something worthwhile.
@Juxtah

Yea you pretty much nailed it. Macbook pro gets fairly warmed up with even 8600m gt during intense gaming. And besided macbook pro is for general entertainment seeking people and 9600m gt would suit them fine, they are not meant to be hardcore gaming machines. If you want gaming laptops, you are better off hitting up sagers, or xps series.
Yea like engadget states a lot of notebook are being shipped out as we speak with the 9800m gt cores, but not yet on 9800m gtx. One example is the new sager models 5796 being one. From what i get 9800m gt should perform fairly close to 8800 gtx.
wow amd, well shit hitting the fan can also be a good catalyst for great change. I hope you shape up and conquer both intel and nvidia once again!
hopefully they lower their prices also, I love the concept, I just don't have 500 dollars to drop on the kindle.
@ remsack
my god you really have nothing better to do huh.

On the note of ASUS, why is it only 3650, I hope they get higher gpu's soon. I need a vid card that can last me a while
hahaha, I didn't notice that till now for some reason. But yea, here's a video close up of the new rock notebook looks pretty good. Reminds me of the upcoming msi design.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
