My guess is that whenever someone sells a Staff of Jordan to a vendor, this message pops up. Eventually when enough Stave's of Jordan are sold, Uber Arthas will spawn on every realm. When Uber Arthas is killed, he will drop a trinket that give +20 to all stats, +20 to all resistances, +10% exp gain, and +1 to all talents.

I did the whole plague wing for the first time tonight and found this very helpful. I died on my first attempt at Heigan's dance but was perfect every time after that. A lot of the other people in the raid had a lot of trouble with it though.

"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
