When i download the 1.1.4 ipsw it puts it in a folder and i cant get the the firmware icon that looks like a box... HELP please
HARD DRIVE AT LEAST 30 GIGS. I mean camon. you make a ipod specifically made for watching videos and you only put a max of 16 gigs in it. that fo sho. but also side button control for volume like iphone. and all the wifi apps on iphone. also a biggie is that they make it so you can put any 3rd party apps. both on iphone and on ipod touch. its simple put a section on itunes for iphone and ipod apps and then be albe to download them PLZZ.

Well there are many reasons why i want an i-phone. One reason why i want one is because right now i am dealing w/ a ipod mini and the battery is almost burnt. I also think that the UI on this phone is incredible. Just being able to navigate throughout your phone w/ you fingers is awesome. Another thing that i like about the iphone is that it is like a computer. it will have major updates just like steve jobs said when he announced it. well those are some reasons why i want it, i also want kuz it kick ass. lol

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
