You guys seem to know what is happenting with this Edge system.. I had a Repeater for my ATT, running at 1900Khz picking up the Edge signal. About 2 mo ago the repeater would not pick up Edge but reverted to the the other signal, but the phone would swithch to the direct weaker Edge signel. The repeter manufacturer suggested the ATT may have switched the EDGE to 850MH to prep for iphone. My repeter is only 1900MH. ATT won't give me any info, you guys know if this is what they did??Dave

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
