SHIELDS UP!
The best scene had to be when Xerxes, carried by 500 or so men in that giant throne comes to meet with Leonidas, and he walks down and the people form the human stairs as he is walking down - Xerxes doesn't even flinch or look down. It was probably the best scene I have ever seen in a movie showing total and utter god-like power over society. I mean scarface has that "The world is yours..." blimp scene which was "gangsta" as hell, but it was a GOODYEAR ad! And Magneto is X-men walks across that gap in a similar manner to Xerxes and the metal walkway forms under him, but what is that, man's contempt for metal? Come-on, it doesn't come close to the scene in 300.

If I had a billion dollars I would hire people to replay and I would star in that scene over and over again - in everyday situations. I mean, like going to the grocery store, the mall, the bar, clubs at night, to the gym, answering the door, etc.
USB Rechargeable batteries in the WiiMotes (right now I just use my 360 plug and charge kit to recharge the batteries inside my 360 controllers!)

Graphics are PERFECT - if you want crazy 1080p graphics, get a Playstation 3 (which has about 5 games because they are too expensive to make). The cartoon graphics are great and non-intimidating for kids and adults. The best idea is to get a Wii and a 360, you're still paying about as much as a PS3 but its a good balance and includes the DVD playback.

Gameplay on the Wii is somewhat poor for certain games because programmers have not mastered some of the nuances of the new controller scheme. Once that is perfected, new games (like MP and SMG) will look and feel absolutely amazing. The easiest comparison will be between super paper mario and Super Mario Galaxy in the use of control scheme for amazing gameplay.

The Wii is the first Game System my 55 year old Mom actually WANTS to play. That in itself is revolutionary
Yeah...I've seen the movie twice already, first time I thought it was a microwave Second time around, it is definitely an XBOX360 (premium system - not core or elite). The guy is knocked over (on his back) with the XBOX in the box on his stomach. He gets jolted by the All Spark (which also animates a Mountain Dew machine - into something like the Slurm machine from that Futuruma Episode where the robots rebel on Mother's Day). Arms come out of the side of the Xbox and start chocking him - hilarious given the news of the $1.15B charge MS is taking. The Allspark also animates a Cadillac Escalade, causing the steering wheel to attack the driver (who is obviously supposed to represent a mix between Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan)
I'm just glad its not an iPhone post - plus, is that just a thinkpad wrapped in leather that doesn't really fit? I could make a reserve edition of almost anything in about 5 minutes
How did this thing pass FCC, you can HEAR the interference with the video camera in almost every frame of the shot. So annoying! Keep this thing away from pacemakers or you could be iDead!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
