I have come up with a way of severly reducing this problem before it starts; don't let your child fall asleep with a bottle of juice and reduce their sugar intake, i.e. juice concentration, as well.

My wife and I have been cleaning our daughter's teeth every day, using toddler toothpaste and a toddler toothbrush, every evening since before she had any teeth.

I have never had a filling.

I don't think that Europe is really on any "side of the Pacific" other than the opposite side... since it's a ball. If anything Europe is on the same side of the Pacific as Korea, when compared to the USA.

I liked Bruce Perens' idea to use the Nostromo but why this is so much more expensive?

Not to be too picky but for $100 I'd expect it to be RF wireless and have a docking station to recharge it. Tempting though...
