Apr 16th 2008 7:27AM Google for "remove hidden devices windows xp"; When you take out a device of your pc windows actually doesn't de-install it for you. You can make these devices visible with a little work, remove them, and watch the good 'ol slugish install fly.

Apr 10th 2008 7:27AM Actually I'm using it for half a year now (D830)... and even though you sometimes have to lean in a bit that disadvantage is more than compensated by the acres of desktop space you suddenly have...
Not to mention the ability to watch HD movies in native res :-) Ah yes... WUXGA is great, if only webpage designers and OS makers would tailor their systems to it a bit more...

Mar 22nd 2008 10:33AM Actually, I got a D830 because of the high res screen and the fact that it has an option for a second battery and WWAN. This has got all that and more and.... DESIGN!

Mar 16th 2008 3:49PM Hmmm, I'm just glad that it is becoming a standard. When I was in a store a few months ago I saw so many options of wifi that I just chose not to buy a new WiFi router alltogether (I've got a Dell D830 which has a .n adapter).

Mar 12th 2008 9:03AM The kind of camera that is used for the really fast stuff is more like in the 1*10^6fps range.
Often not digital btw, but a large circulating drum with photofilm in it instead. (light is projected at the end)... then you can film an explosion really well for instance.
