I have one for my new Imac and one for my MAC mini. These are my favorite mice ever. The mighty mouse sucked big time. Before the mighty mouse I had a MS IR mouse that I liked but this (magic mouse) is better because there isn't a wheel or nub for scrolling. Admittedly I just want to right and left click as well as scroll so maybe I'm the ideal owner of this mouse as I don't miss the additional buttons. Oh and I am having no technical issues.
I can't fully describe how much I like this new mouse. Of course I might feel this way because of how much I hated (yes, I actually hated) the old mouse.
I remember when the first HD 1080p TVs were hitting the market and tech people were trying to explain that in a set under 46" you just won't see much difference.

Here we are a couple of years down the road and people are crying about no blue ray in a computer. Are you really going to notice in a screen thats only 27". Blue ray is for much bigger screens.

As far as writing onto discs goes, external HDDs are a better bang for the buck.
I own a Eye Tv and I haven't touched it since installing a slingbox and slingbox software in my MAC and their app in my ipod. My Tivo does a great job of recording shows and the slingbox does a great job of sending the shows from the Tivo (live or recorded) to whatever device I want to view them on when I'm out.

In fact the slingbox/Tivo combination works so well that I have completely given up on doing a direct transfer (from the Tivo to the MAC on my network) using Roxio's software. Of course the fact that Roxio's software is so bad might have something to do with it.
I'm not sure why I have MobileMe when this is free. The folks who run MobileMe better get their butts in gear and come up with something special or they will be out of a job.
I do not do in-app purchasing. But I would very much like to have an app that makes it possible for me to make payments on purchases.

In Europe its fairly common to make purchases using ones cell phone for payment. I'd like an app for this purpose.
At $280 its only $19 cheaper than the kindle which comes with a lifetime wireless service (that you can turn off when not using to save battery). I understand that wireless is useless outside the US but here it makes the kindle a stand alone device, so no computer needed to purchase and download books.
I've been using my mini like this for four years now as my PC sits idle. I thought it would be a nice addition to my home theater set up but since it is so readily available, its' become my main computer too. I have a harmony remote and can just switch between the Tivo and the mini with one button press. If I see something on TV that I want to know more about, I pause the show, switch to the mini and open the browser to find more info then switch back to the show.
Q: Why is your head sweating so profusely?
A: Because all the front air holes on my helmet are blocked. But don't I look great?
For the "non technology minded" but you need to plug it into a computer to get the ebooks into it. I think the Kindle is actually made for non technology minded individuals as its easier to load books into it.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
