For a guy who doesn't have a work, Bill gates sure is rich. Uber rich. :)
I have a great set up at home. My Zune 80 is connected to my TV via the AV dock and it automatically syncs with my machine. So new podcasts, videos and songs are delivered to my Zune whenever there's a new one. If i'm not yet done with the show and I need to leave the house, I unplug my zune and bring it with me anywhere I go.
I think this is great move for Microsoft to buy RIM and solidify itself as the close second in the smartphone arena.
Globe's offering is outrageous! 3G usage is per minute and not per data size! they don't offer unlimited data plan! awful plans, i tell you! They are selling the 16GB iphone for 48000php!!!! that's roughly around $1090 US!!!!!! WTF!!!!!! effing price!!!!!!
Why can't they just change their name from ASUS to EEE? really? it's pointless! they removed the name ASUS in their EEE PC cover and replace it with EEE!
Damn, why Globe for the Philippines?!!!!! It should have been SMART! They have better coverage and they are the biggest telecom in the country! WHY!!!!!!!!?
I LOVE THIS NOTEBOOK! this is my notebook for 2008!
Yeah im here.... and yeah im paid with oh so bad MS to waste my time posting on this oh so not so bias techblog. (I love engadget!) And you think that every person who go for zune are paid... nah, you are so shallow man. I live in the philippines and i love my 2 zunes. i kept my 2 ipods in my closet once i started using my zune.
This will definitely last... for under 200 bucks, youll get the new firmware soon with all the great interface and capabilities. Now this is the answer of microsoft to those people who wants a cheaper player.
Archos my friend. Archos wifi 605. I love zune though. I'm hoping for 160gb HDD.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
