This would be a good excuse for getting a new video card.
I'm looking most forward to using it as a breakthrough internet device so I can connect to Engadget.com!

Now this is something I can actually use!
Engadget, this system is still a little buggy. My original comment didn't go through. PS3!
It seems like DivX support is popping up in everything these days.

Speaking of DIVX, the stock has been performing very well lately.

Who would have thought you could make money just by reading Endagdet everyday!
The problem with Sony is they don't know how to market alot of their cutting edge electronics to an American audience. Sure they sell plenty of flat screen TV's and Playstations in the US but I see alot of cool gadgets coming out of Asia that never see the light of day here.

Forget about hiring a Brit or Japanese guy as the company CEO, Sony needs an American running that operation but I doubt that will ever happen anytime soon.

The reason why ipods and now zune are popular is not because the technology is especially great. It's that Apple and Microsoft know how to market it and get you to buy it.

Let's be honest here, it's not the best functioning player that sells, it's the most popular one.
I hear cable cards don't always provide the full range of features such as program guides etc.

I wouldn't be using a cable card with this set.

Storage Link is the most appealing reason for upgrading to this unit. I haven't decided how to go about setting up the storage with this router though, there are so many options for NAS these days it can be confusing.
I plan on hooking up this ugly beast to my Cox set top box.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
