Ah another prize giveaway, I say with a smirk.
I read engadget constantly, while I'm at work.
I would like to win any prize, from bronze to gold.
Who messed with the air conditioner, damn it's cold!
But can it play Doom?
I am guessing that, like other wireless mice, it's no good for gaming...
To address the people who are trying to think fast and act faster. You do not have to buy the PS3 "right away" because of this price drop. SONY will not drop the price then raise it back up. That is horrible for business, and even worse for customer satisfaction/support/service.

If you have been waiting to buy a PS3 then go ahead. If you are still debating then, take your time. Do not view the price drop as "I need to take advantage of this right away". It is similar to when a car dealership tells you that the price they quoted you is "good for today only", don't buy into that.

If you want to wait for those great exclusive titles, then wait for them. Do not jump the gun and drop the money unless you were already sure you wanted a PS3. Patience young padawan.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
