Well guys.. legit or not.. the guys over at hackintosh has started threads to pull money together $1800 for the 50 license. Maybe engadget should start a pool too?
this is bull.. so much for the "Individual per unit licenses will be available starting next week" listed on the website.. although it was exciting to hear of the software unlock, the way things are progressing is just total bull.. perhaps its only a matter of time before someone " hack " the unlock program?
Although confirming the unlock works is all fine and dandy, all the confirming and re-confirming in the world doesn't mean squat to us if it's never released to the public. I'm ready to get an Iphone once its out.. but looks like its back to waiting to that 48~72h until release or " the next week " for now !
Yep, ill be keeping the phone until a update renders the unlock useless, and if there's no work around to it. I hope the iphonesimfree team can keep updating the ' unlock ' method
Good news to hear, but given the nature of such things.. I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed until the unlock is actually RELEASED.

In either case.. if the unlock does indeed make it out to the wild.. Ill be picking up an 4 GB Iphone the day of ;p
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
