I know! Let's take a tube amp, and combine it with something that vibrates, like a CD player!

That's a fantastic idea for a product with a long life! :D!!!
You can tell most easily from the inside.

On the outside, the rear-side window stays parallel to the floor, while the roof-line shrinks.

If you look inside of the car, at the other rear-side window, the window line follows the lines of the roof.
The new Civic will be out soon? The new Civic has been out since 2006... And there's no redesign of the line coming for at least a few years.
Good job, Kia! That exact styling worked out GREAT for the new Civic!

Looks pretty good, too bad it's a complete ripoff... I'd love to see a side-by-side of the Forte and the Civic Si sedan. Hell, even the wheels are too similar to be a coincidence.

I was unaware that Kia was one of the Chinese ripoff manufacturers.
Um... CR-Eclipse, much?
When is someone going to make Nvidia shut up with a comment like "Well, at least Larrabee doesn't use over 140w when idle, require 2 discreet (and proprietary) power connections on top of the power it draws from the board, and have a cooling system akin to a Raptor fighter jet."

Seriously? Do they believe the BS they spit out? They're doing what every company does when they're scared - bashing the competition. Grow up, Nvidia, or you're going down the toilet... Well, that may happen anyway, but at least leave some people to respect you until the very end.
Big difference - these people don't have to drive on the beach... IIRC, there are perfectly good streets for driving on in Daytona.
Haha... Like I said - STOCK GT. Not supercharged. ;)

As for the 14.1, here's one example:

Once again, this was at Cecil in Maryland, which is very well known
for having slightly better than normal times.

Regardless, do a quick search yourself. A google search for 'Civic Si
stock 14.1' in Google came up with tons of cars running anywhere in
the lower half of the 14's stock.

Of course, no one who posts here bothers to research anything before
claiming BS, do they?
Ugh... Hate to tell you, but the current-gen Civic Si is in the 14's, dead stock. Someone even pulled a 14.1 at the miracle track in Maryland.

Regardless, they're not nearly as slow as you think. A good driver in an Si will beat a Mustang GT with a lesser driver, and will certainly beat a GT with an auto. If you doubt that, I'd love to meet up with you at IRL here in Indy and prove it to you.

Never stood a chance against the SRT though! :)

Also - try finding a Charger SRT at the dealer for anywhere NEAR sticker. Around here, dealers are trying to get around $70k for them right now.
Forget what it looks like, although I think it's ok, aside from the grill and the wheels.

That car looks FANTASTIC, considering the method in which it was made. I highly doubt that's by any means a daily driver, it's probably specifically for the show circuit... And for that, it's perfect.

With all of the time and effort this guy put in, I think it came out great. Agree with the styling choices or not, he did a great job with the symmetry, and it looks flawless.

Awesome job, Luthuanian guy.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
