Google is plotting to take over the world! But thats just my 2 cents!

The fight for programming talent, Google vs VMware {Download Squad}

Aug 21st 2007 12:59PM It all goes back to supply and demand. When there is more need for something than is available the price is going to skyrocket. Here the commodity is GREAT programmers not just mediocre get the job done.

VMware is probably looking into Google's methods and analyzing how they got to the top. And as stated quality people made the company. But lets not also forget how they treat their employees.

They have a unbelievable retention rate because they treat their staff like gold. Without the talent the company is nothing! So this being said as of right now it would be Google - seeming the have the track record. But maybe in a short while VMware might drag the title of Ultimate Employer anyway from The Google. Go get em' VMWare lets see what you got!
