I have Windows 7 running on a Compaq S3200NX with 256 MB of RAM and a ATi Radeon x1550 video card. This is such a large improvement over Vista, everything works pretty quickly with the amount of RAM in that computer.

I use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall my apps. I use Ccleaner to delete any unwanted data..

I installed Windows 7 on a Compaq S3200NX with ATi Radeon x1550 card.

I added the extra 256MB RAM from my other computer and used it to install it. Then, I took it out after it was done.

With 256MB of RAM, Windows 7 is pretty responsive and fast..

Windows ME : Windows Vista
Windows 2000 : Windows 7

I'm waiting for a price drop on the PS3. (Probably next year)

"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
