Yeah, you've nailed it exactly.
I also previously was a store manager for them, and have been saddened by their continued missteps.
I've been dreading the thought of doing netflix, but with the netflix now being on the xbox360, I just can't see any reason to hold out hope that blockbuster will ever get their act together, and will probably jump on the netflix bandwagon here soon.

finally figured out my issue.

"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
