Joe. you're a douche bag. not every phone has to be compared to an Apple product. I am an Apple fan myself, but there are other products out there. Comparing a touchscreen on the iphone and the standard keypad of a slide phone is like comparing spam to filet mignon. Yes, the iphone may be a better product in your mind. But, they aren't supposed to compete with each other? why are you comparing them?
if someone could e-mail me at taylorclewis@gmail.com and let me nkow how, other than size, this is different than any other camera, i'd appreciate it. i don't get it. aren't all/most video cameras cordless?
i think its a great idea. think of all the crazy punker funker biker guys that wear heavy jackets like that. they can keep their ipods charged now... but then again... how many of those guys do you nkow with ipods?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
