If they were special co-op challenge modes, I think that would be fun. Like Horde mode in Gears or Special Ops in MW2. I can't really see competitive multiplayer, though.
Both that story and this story on Joystiq both link to the same interview on VG247.com.
It's ironic that you call those people douches but in the same breath use the term 'wiggers', and condemn them for acting as such.

The term wigger implies that it's negative for a white person to "act black" (quotes used intentionally), and I generally think that people who use that term regularly are pretty douchey.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breach_of_contract

"Limits on Remedies and Damages

Typically, the judicial remedy for breach of contract is monetary damages. See damages. Where the failure to perform cannot be adequately redressed by money damage, the court may enter an equity decree awarding an injunction or specific performance.

The aggrieved person has a duty to mitigate or reduce damages by reasonable means. Liquidated Damages may be limited to a specific amount. In the United States, punitive damages are generally not awarded for breach of contract but may be awarded for other causes of action in a lawsuit."

This is quite a bit different than the judicial remedies for selling drugs. Selling cocaine is a Felony, breach of contract isn't even a misdemeanor - it just means the person who had the contract with you can sue you. That is a whole different sort of law.

Face it, it was a bad analogy.

So anyway, like I said... stores that broke street date could expect to get financially spanked by Activision... however, I would guess that the Gamestops that did it might be able to get away with it, since Gamestop is such a big player.
The reason the analogy doesn't make sense is because selling drugs is illegal and unethical in the first place, whether it's to a 7 year old or a 70 year old.

So, it's impossible to defends them needing to compete with the big guys even if they old sold to adults... because selling cocaine is bad!

Also it's not illegal in the same way that cocaine is illegal to sell MW2 before street date, meaning there is no "street date laws" enforced by the police. however it is probably a breach of contract and stores who do it should expect to get spanked my Activision.
Baltimore Gamestops as well, I got it yesterday in Baltimore.
"considering if you've got an iPhone, you generally have money to burn."

Huh? iPhones cost $99 now... that's a mass market price.
All of the Dave Gibbons art elements (and the soundtrack maybe?) are what is remastered. The Dave Gibbons art in the original game was very pixel-looking, it looks much higher quality now, he went back and redid alot of it.
Could they coexist back when the http protocol was created though? The DNS system was a lot simpler in the early days, wasn't it?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
