...why would you want to buy a BMW, anyway? Don't get me started on Nissan.. I swear, most people buy cars because they look cool and they have small peni. Buy a *good* car, depending on your budget that could be either a Jeep or a Mercedes-Benz, both way more reliable than any alternative.
ZOMG I have been following the Peek service for a while, been waiting for some more features, can't wait to try it out, though.
"(including hollow-point 9mm)"

Hollow-points don't penetrate for crap in the first place, they're designed to expand rapidly for the largest damage area, not most penetration. They mushroom much faster than any other bullet style. I'd be more concerned with FMJ or Tungsten-tipped AP rounds.. which this backpack will NOT stop (the Tungsten, anyway) those go through 12 bullet proof vests lined up in front of each other.
I've been playing the US version of the game for the past day, and I've gotta tell ya, if videogames came packaged in cans when you bought them, Mario Strikers Charged would be awesomeness in a can. Pure awesomeness. Getting to play big Nintendo titles early = one of the few great perks of keeping a job at ********. d=
"Look a duracell bunny"

Yup, before you guys go flame them for a "typo" do your research. Duracell HAD a bunny. d=
I prefer to call him the "Preggiedent" cause then it sounds like you just have a weird speech impediment.. while we're at it I may as well just replace that 'r' with a 'w'... Anyway, I really hope that this will make NoA more forceful in their release, cause Reggie Fils-Aime definitely has the determination, but does he now have the power as well?

Hey Blah:

Te reason you dont see ghosting is because on a good PC, your games are running at 60fps or higher (if you know how to build a system) Movie standard framerate is 29.95fps, and with an 8ms or faster LCD, you can take full advantage of the higher framerates.

As for the rest of you LCD freaks, if your CRT is old (like mine) you'll notice a GREAT difference in the quality of the picture between a CRT and a brand new 19" Acer LCD (like my new one). I use dual monitors on my setup, but am considering replacing my CRT with another 19" Acer, but if you look at a 19" LCD next to a brand new 19" CRT by NEC or Samsung, my God, the CRT owns. But as for the older ones, yah they suck compared to the new LCDs. Whatever floats your boat, you know? I happen to like the contrast and the colors of my LCD, and I've played many a game on it, and it looks fine. Almost hard to look at my old CRT, it just looks blurry and crap next to that thing. So yeah, I'll be replacing it with either a second LCD or a new CRT in the next week or so.. and after I build my new system, maybe go three 19"ers for peripheral vision in CS hehe.
Ooooo shweet. Gotta love flight sims.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
