I want a remote (wired is fine) for it so I can start/stop recording from the handlebars of my motorbike. :)
I've had two Exilims... loved both of them. Want a new one. One of the easiest and best cameras I've ever used.
Cars with FRICKIN' LASERS!!!!! YAY!
This is really good, but there's very little point in reading half of the heading. Please make the heading text smaller (if you haven't noticed zooming in on the iPhone is easy), and include a bit of text from the article. And possibly a tiny thumbnail, pretty much like the New York Times App does.

When I read the article I want to read all of it; when I'm skimming I want to know if it's worth reading the full article or not. I don't mind scrolling on the iPhone (it's easy) but clicking and going back-and-forth means reloads and re-renderings, not as good as scrolling.

Oh, and 10 articles is way too few to be default, 20 or so would be nicer...

... Just my £0.02
Rip off prices... VAT is 17.5%... quick maths USD $3.99 for renting a HD flick, that's GBP £2.033 plus VAT is GBP £2.388775, so let's call it £2.40... They charge £4.49 - Where the hell is that extra £2.09 going...!?

Rip off!

For £2.49 per HD flick, I'd rush out to get the big Apple TV and a 42" screen - today... but right now I'll try to stand up straight and not bend over at all.
I wonder if he had Final Cut Pro running when he did the cutting...?!?
Geez,

If you're running your browser in full screen mode on a hi-res screen, suit yourself. Stop complaining about the text being too wide. It's _really_ simple; resize your browser window. Fixed width sucks, everywhere, every time. I browse Engadget on 3 different laptops, one desktop, the Wii, my mobile phone and my N800. There's no way fixed width will suit all these devices.
Since when did Bluetooth and WiFi become non-radio..?!
I'm a bit saddened by the UK price... £85 for a single license, and £129 for the 5 pack.
I would like to pay for the upgrade for two reasons: a) I'd like to stay legit, b) I'd like to repay Apple for their efforts. But £85 is an MP3 player, or almost a PVR. £40 would have been more reasonable. Especially as the 5 pack license is £25.80 per seat. That's really fair. But the single license really isn't.
Good point, Chris! Why is it that electronics manufacturers are allowed to advertise their goods in "not fully working order" - you don't see car manufacturers adveritising a car without wheels do you..?!

Cables are an essential part of the gadgets, and advertising the gadget without any cables can be misleading.

.... but maybe I'm being way to 4n4l about this...?!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
