Project: Alien Mouse gets your arm into it {Engadget}

Jul 26th 2008 12:09AM Disappointing. I was expecting some kind of Gauntlet.

Games for Windows Live now free {Engadget}

Jul 23rd 2008 8:41AM I'm at a loss for words here. Charging for online play on a PC, a freaking PC, is COMPLETELY *#&$*%& outrageous. WTF. Who the #*$& do they think they are??? I already paid thousands of Rupees for a #*$&(% #*$&*(% original game and now they expect me to &*#&*$( CONTINUE paying them on a yearly basis to play something I ALREADY PAID FOR!!!

In the PC community almost every game server is hosted by private parties like clans etc. All they have to do is run a *#&$(*% master server which maintains a server list and ranking if applicable. Hell I'll *#$&*%( host the master server at home for free if they allow me.

Crafty iPhone dock mod supports iPhone 3G, saves $29 {Engadget}

Jul 21st 2008 8:26AM Apple is the most #*$&%*( money mongering company in existance. FUCK the customer. Rake in the cash. I mean, everyone wants to make cash, but you don't have to make customers bend over and take it up the ass.

Modder shoves emulator, ROMs into actual NES controller {Engadget}

Jul 20th 2008 5:54AM I could have sworn Engadged wrote an article about a NES controller with a LCD screen built in. All you needed was the controller.

Why are they posting news that is inferior to previously posted news?
I mean, its like posting an article about a brand new Athlon XP 2500+.

Panasonic throws down 6 and 12GB SDHC cards {Engadget}

Jul 19th 2008 6:05AM I actually have a MMC card with 1/4 cut off. It works fine. And it hasn't even lost 1/4 of its capacity :O

Wii gets custom firmware, purported PSP emulator {Engadget}

Jul 18th 2008 9:53PM 1. The PSP cannot be properly emulated because the hardware decryption algorithms are COMPLETELY unknown. Its not possible to run commercial PSP games without game specific modifications to the emulator.

2. The kernel is continuously updated every now and then by Sony and new games need newer kernels because they use functions not present in older kernels.

3. The best you can do is run PSP Homebrew in an emulator because you only need to emulate the execution environment instead of the rest of the decryption stuff etc.

4. If you don't know jack, don't argue out of your ass, and STFU.

ExpressGate "instant-on" OS tested on ASUS Eee Box {Engadget}

Jul 18th 2008 9:17AM My 5HDD Raid 5 array resumes from Hibernate in 10 seconds or less.
And you're not limited to some shitty basic OS.

Intel's 3.2GHz quad-core Bloomfield gaming CPU to hit for $999? {Engadget}

Jul 18th 2008 4:10AM That money will be MUCH better spent on the lowest end Bloomfield CPU and a top of the line motherboard so that you can OC it faster than the 3.2GHz CPU.

HP set to launch the Compaq 2730p Centrino 2 tablet PC {Engadget}

Jul 17th 2008 10:27AM Looks cool but specs are crap. More overpriced shit.

I hate to admit it but when you compare apples to apples, a Dell/Alienware laptop for $6000 packs a lot more per dollar than almost every other shitty laptop.
