There is DEFINITELY bug fixes in 1.1.4

My ipod touch 16G has been very crashy since i got it, if i try and use safari while listening to music, it'll crash every couple minutes. Even just listening to music it'll crash and sometimes totally reboot. I chalked it up to bugs that would get flattened in later updates - and lo and behold its not crashing anymore :)

then again i only had it for half a day - but it would usually have crashed a few times by now.

oh and one thing that ALWAYS crashed was adding songs to an on-the-go playlist - i tested it - adding lots of songs, and its yet to crash.

Why make it so sensationalized... So Apple is protecting their copyrights... OMGZ

And for them to go and try and enforce their copyrights is not the same as trying to "keep hackers out of their latest iPod" - they are separate issues.

Now if I posted on my blog that I was going to hack my iPod by my lonesome at home, and they come and knock on my door... that would be different. :) But that is not what is happening here.
It'll be replacing my kinda cool horse-shoe shaped watch i got from my boss.
The reasons why these chips are dangerous to the freedom of citizens are real. There are many bright people who work to alert the public of the situation and if there wasn't a real threat, they wouldn't waste their time...

They can call the next one Octopussy
"okay so..... C....... 7....... NO NNO NO NO NNOT B7!! I don't want a zune!!"
I think it's obvious - it will be called "Demi-MacBook Pro But White"
Hey I can relate. I think that is _the_ worst feeling... well its surely the worst feeling I've had thats not caused byh a) immediate physical pain b) women. Do it man! you can do it! but i'm too lazy to email. or capitalize.
DANGIT. serves me right for not watching tv... I didn't get it cuz I've never seen the nano add. Seeing the real ad after dosen't work. *very sad*
I looked even closer at this thing, and A) its pretending to be a Model M... the plastic is shaped like the model M B) It does NOT use buckling spring switches... it uses the cheap membrane switch like almost every other keyboard on the market... C) The lack of key labels also cuts down on price with no benifit to the user... Of course I've never used one, but from what it looks like its just a normal keyboard without keycaps. And the weighting thing seems terribly uninteresting to me.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
