Ahh, i remember in 1996, driving a friends 205 GTI 1.9 in Istanbul, Tukey with a mad traffic and weaving in and out. It was such a visceral experience for the 130 HP and ZERO safety features. It was fun though
I hope he plays a bad guy, he can have such a bad personna without looking one dimensional

Thats a badly written opinion piece, and serves no purpose on a good blog like this. I thought there was some kind of editorial system that decided what gets posted or not. I seen better comments to a blog post than this.

As you can see from the comments made, people disagree with you.
I second the comments above. this little puny green laser may be trendy but I would NOT trust to save me from a faceplant to car door.

I think the creator had never ever ridden a bike in the city before. Hey here is a trendy idea, why dont we make a twitter status update with GPS interaction and who ever is the vicinity gets a twitter mobile update of our status in conjunction with local Wi-Fi.

Is that trendy enough?

give me a strong light and high visibility vest.
Hey Guys,

I am not an expert but that really looks like a carrot.

@Bernie,

I don't consider a someone who has girth like Batalli and Morimoto as obese, what I meant was people who are clinically obese.
My tone wasn't meant to be condescending, just stating facts; if morimoto wants to make a nacho, believe me I would have loved to taste as well. I doubt he will use microwave and processed cheese though.
Jennifer,
dont look at the previous jealous comments about your health, I think we are settling to our body image even though we all know its not healthy for us. I love eating, food, the aroma and all related things for food. I was overweight several years ago due to my career as a Quality Manager for a prominent potato chip manufacturer and I was just like everybody else, making excuses for my weight and settling in.

It took a case of relocation to CA and miserably failed relationship that made me change what I do. I realized just because I loved a certain food, I dont have to eat a whole platter of it served in our restaurants. I re-discovered the joy of eating small but various portions to enhance my dining experience, the joy of realizing the flavors that are not masked by artificial and processed industrial "foods", and most important of all, exercising.

Today, i train and compete in triathlons, eat a copious amount of different food that overweight people have guilty conscience to consume and enjoy being seen in the beach.

Don't feel guilty or ashamed of your journey and the non-sense comment of "not trusting a skinny person about their food credentials". I actually believe in the opposite. A grossly overweight person is a person who has no self control and lacks precision in their everyday life. You never see an overweight three michelin star chef, but there are million of slobs who love eating microwaved processed cheese on their nachos.

Kudos to your journey and I will be looking forward for your blog entries.

Well, i agree with all these comments here,
You can be snarky all you want, but when someone calls u bull$h*t, you lost it buddy and you just been called Bull$h*t. He is a genuine hardworker and does a great stand up.
So I am going to repeat a wonderful concept which u can read about it, called Man in the Arena. Why dont u give it a try. Google it if you dont know what that means.
Monika,

Its one of the weird intricacies of the turkish alphabet. There are two variations of several letters on the turkish alphabet (Namely C, G, I, O, U, S) and C and S have a doohickey on the bottom that turns them into CH amd SH sound. Maras is spelled in turkish with the doohickey S therefore pronounced as Marash.

I hope this explanation helps; I am also a huge fan of this pepper and the great flavor it adds. I add them to simple Campbells Tomoto soup and it transforms this Blah soup something with infinite zest.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
