Robots to be our lovers by 2050, not just in Massachussetts {Engadget}
Jun 23rd 2008 12:13AM Im not too sure how I feel about having sex with robots... but I can say this... If these things become a success, women (real women) will be shaking in their boots since most men won't "need" them anymore.

Jan 27th 2008 4:32PM I'm forwarding this over to Bill Gates and Steve Balmer. Im not being a fanboy... you just HAVE to admit that Steve Jobs is much better at keynotes and public speaking than the MS guys. Im reminded of when Bill Gates was on the daily show... that was horrid. Or what about the conference where they were on stage sitting next to each other. I loved watching that, but felt bad for Mr. Gates as his speaking skills were lacking.
I think Bill's best performance was the one he did for his "last day at MS" That was AWESOME!

Which nuvi is the right nuvi for you? {Engadget}
Jan 21st 2008 11:58AM Kasi, the only con I've really read about is a supposed "lack" of POI's. I dont really consider that an issue since if I really need to find something, I have an iPhone so I can use that. Also, others report that its not even a real issue since it finds restaurants and gas stations without issue.
Nothing back from those who lick goats. $75 dollars for an update for a gps thats only worth about $99 and doesnt even have touchscreen? No thanks. ;)

Jan 21st 2008 10:30AM Navigon FTW!!! After Garmin wanted me to shell out $75 for a map update on my crappy little i3 streetpilot, I told them to go lick a goat. I just bought a Navigon 2100 that has text to speech, reality view (which is very cool), and came with a lifetime traffic thing all for $149 from tigerdirect.
