I like the very subtle digs at Object Oriented design, security (when he's telling the story to the little girl) and not taking others things when they're talking about the giraffe.
@Mustaine
I see what you're doing there ;)
I don't think they're doing this for any reason than to protect themselves. Imagine if someone else did it, and then sued Apple - there are a lot of ipods out there. That's a hell of a lot of money for someone to sue Apple for.
Hey Mark,

I too hate the two button thing, but found a little trick that can make it a no brainer and one hander at the same time. (I really got used to this damn quick) If you go to the trackpad options in system preferences, you can set the trackpad to detect when you have 2 fingers on it, and if you click the mouse button it is the equivalent of a real second mouse button.
@misleq
The Microsoft name is also missing from all XBOX360 merchandising. I think Microsoft must think that people are concerned about MS getting into their lives ala Big Brother.

That's my 2c in any case. :)
I was just wondering wether or not the XBOX 360 has region coding for games like the previous model. I hated not being able to buy games from wherever in the world had the best games (not all get released in Oz).

Does anyone know? I tried Google, but getting the search term right is a must with so many mentions of the term XBOX360.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
