Uhmm, my iPhone's screen just kind of cleans itself when I carry it around in my pocket. Probably no such convenience on a desktop. Especially so for people who hate smudgy anything.
People don't know what they want and never will. Do it how you want, Engadget.
You know, you are right. Aside from the best mobile browser to date, cleanest mobile email client to date, best voicemail implementation known to man (mobile or otherwise), the only iPod in a phone, the best mobile music store and the only viable mobile YouTube experience, the "image" the device confers unto my otherwise sexy bod is pretty much the only thing worth having, imo.
If you think $400, or even $600, is huge bucks how about you get off the Internet for like ten minutes and find a real job?

Just a thought.
Conda has the more accurate re-telling. I will post a screen.
Lame point worth noting: SP1 does away with the quick search at the Start menu. You know, one of the nice Vista features that made the OS easier to use once you got used to it.

Apparently, it's to do with appeasing the Googles or something.
C'mon Engadget, we know you're smart enough to realize that we may have good faith clauses in our contracts demanding we do this sort of thing.

What the D300 brings over the D200:

New DX sensor
Self cleaning sensor
More AF points
Larger LCD
Live View in the LCD

Those five points alone register the unit as a significant upgrade
My favorite scene was the one where the Father & Son Spartan combo become a whirling dervish of death as they cut down a literal rain of Persians. So awesome.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
