the site looks good, cleaner, and more open...

Only issue I have is this scripting error that keeps poping up.
We wouldn't know what to do with ourselfs if we had his problems....
yes they are... I can't afford the kind of stand alone reciver I would want. But Onkyo makes good value line equipment IMHO.
example: the Onkyo HT-S3200 and HT-S5200 have 1080p capable HDMI inputs (V1.3a Pass-Thru*) * separate audio connection required

Some of the more expensive ones have HDMI v1.3a Repeater

The Pass-thru doesn't handle audio directly from the HDMI Cable where as the Repeater does.
If I have 4 devices that are HDMI then I need to have 4 extra cables from each of those devices to the receiver. That seems like a waste of money to me. Fortunately my TV has Optical and Coax out so it will pass the audio threw in its original format.
Maybe these will come with HDMI audio proccessing unlike the other models. I hate having to bring the audio to the TV then back to the reciver again.
Me please! I needs some speakers that are not part of my TV.
Me Me Me, I could use some of thems!
thanks for the chance to win somthing I wouldn't have other wise!
Please please please pick me!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
