I wonder how the sales of the PSP Slim will be now, Nintendo will still make it its bitch but I wonder it it'll have noticably better sales than its predecessor.

I must be the only one on Joystiq that likes the PS3/PSP. Any news on the PS3 here gets all the commenters a good hearty laugh at yet another of Sony's blunders, fuckups, gaffes, poopsie-whoopsies eh?
So all of you little shits complain about the SDF, the pathetic Sony fanboys but yet the NDF and MDF seem to be out much more in swing and much more assholic wouldn't ya say?

Whats there to gain by hating the PS3? Have less competition? Have all of the current PS3 exclusives go over to the 360 for all of you to enjoy? Damn, is this the most hated console of all time?

Fuck, I hate this generation period, worst console generation ever. 360 with poor ass built quality, full of redneck white trash, cockbots on Live.

PS3 with no games, giant enemy crabs and a rebranded Gamecube with waggle controls.
Why'd the red guy remind me of Mario at a really quick first glance?
Damn, I'm surprised they even let it go on for so long. I was always shocked to see COUNTLESS number of firmware, ISO, etc discussions right on Sony's own forums, wow.

About time Sony, what the HELL took you so long!?

Oh and I like homebrew, ISOs and piracy. : P
Lots of people must be having fun using the PS3 as their whipping boy. Poor PS3. : (

But hey, Nintendo did well with the NES and SNES and slumped with the N64 when they became arrogant and still decided to use cartridges but got back up again eventually. Sony's gotten arrogant over the PS1/PS2's success too.

Come on, its a beautiful cycle, rise again once more Sony and fall again Nintendo, please? Please?
Joystiq, thats a picture of the Ice Silver model, colorblind staff you have there not?
I was excited about the EEE in the beginning but Asus managed to foul everything up. They've increased the price and reduced the specs and make it a deal breaker for several, including myself.

Check out the news over at EEEuser.com, excellent EEE resource.

Plus, where's the XG-Station you were talking about Asus? You've managed to really dissapoint me, shame on you.
The Piano Black Core Pack will launch later this month for $169.99, same as the original Core Pack PSP. I think for $30 more, getting 5 episodes of Family Guy, 1gb memory stick and Daxter isn't so bad.

I do wish they could release the ceramic white in a core like everywhere else instead of us getting it in a bundle.
This PSP will be homebrew enabled eventually, time after time, the PSP hackers have outdone Sony, its not a matter of "if" but "when".
Andrew, how much battery life did you get with the 1800 or even 2200 mAh battery? Do you know when Sony or someone else will release a battery cover for the thicker batteries?

Even then, the right side will bulge out a bit and not the left so they'll have to even that out by putting a whole new backplate? Then it should be just as thick as the old PSP with the bulges returning but I don't care. I'm used to the old PSP and more battery life is delicious. : D
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
