Well....

You can't resell or market a product that rips encrypted dics.

But you should go ahead with the AnyDVD thought......
Well, actually maching an amp with a Media Center makes much sense.

If one uses a Media Center for everything related to an amp, then it makes sense at you do not have to power on two units, select inputs, power off both units and so on.

Simplify Digital has amp that turns on and off via. USB, and only is an amp without a receive part - generally this is the same thing, it's just been put into the HTPC case.

With that said, when advertising it as 1000 watt, they sure don't know anything about amps, because that's simpli not possible within that case!
Cliff: Actually, the unit is an OEM'ed PowerFile, as is the Niveus Ice Vault unit, so all in all the quality of these units and functionality of them will match the mutch higer priced PowerFile's.

Given that fact, $799 is a great price!

I still this a huge NAS is a lot nicer though, the unit is simply way to big to fit in a livingroom.

Brian
#3 - The unit already holds a DVD-RW drive.

"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
