So the choices are:

1. Actual 64GB SSD drive, the OCZ Core for $240 after rebate on Newegg.
2. DIY adapter plus 6 SD cards, 48GB for $270.

I think this adapter is about a year too late.
They sell Intel based laptops as well, and they look similar. The Intel based ones have been out a while though (along with their AMD counterparts), so this news story is only focusing on the AMD refresh.
I think you should change your name to Fussion.
Unlocked iPhone is the best kind.
I would look pro holding that at the local photo shop.
I hope they decide to release Keepon commercially one day, because I really want one!
Since it's very similar to the iPhone I would say a price drop isn't out of the question. Flash prices are dropping quickly, so it wouldn't surprise me if they cut the price. Either that or refresh the line with more storage. If it were 32GB I would find it hard not to pick one up.
I want one, but I'll probably wait for a price drop.
Free stuff?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
