4.0 is the new version of the Zune software (on your computer). All Zune users, regardless of what device they have, will have to install this update.

3.2 is the new version of the Zune firmware (software that runs your Zune device) for non-ZuneHD devices.
I was actually looking into purchasing one of these soon.

CAN I HAZ PLZ?
They will co-exist, just like the Game Boy Advance & DS did...
@Victor: I have 12GB of RAM in my Intel Corei7 920 system.

This insane amount of RAM helps in After Effects (RAM previews) and Photoshop CS4 64-bit. Also improves performance of Dynamic Link by keeping the separate programs in memory.

@Skeezle: You always get pissy when Windows fanbois shit all over Apple-related articles.

So why the fuck are you here?
@Fanfoot:

If I can run Windows Media Center & watch/record TV, I would buy one.
I'd want to use it as a HTPC, adding a TV tuner, to watch/record live TV.

The WD box is only for watching video...no TV functionality.
@Stereodude: Sony murdered UniBroW's parents.
Looks like the Apple-Manlove Patrol is already here.

Do you not see anything hypocritical about your post?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
