I must be dyslexic, because every time I look at this, the "W" moves around and I see "Little Weasel". Oddly enough though, when I notice it isn't really a "Little Weasel" webbook, my desire for the product actually drops.
I could always use more time!
Count me in! Wrath me baby!
Well, I would love a polar bear mount, so count me in the contest.
I like the promising results, but I think it is too soon to make comparisons to other high speed wireless networks. The Baltimore network will have virtually no one on it from a load perspective for at least a couple of months. The other networks have been in operation for some time. ALL of these technologies are sharing a common resource, the frequency spectrum available. Ultimately I would still expect good performance from WiMax, but also expect it to drop when it is loaded realistically.
This is a shame really, not that one individual CEO hits the bricks, but that this is a sign that AMD still struggles. Be you an AMD or Intel fanboy, no one should doubt that competition ultimately benefits the consumer. Less competition.... and Intel will be less driven to deliver innovation as quickly, or at least not as aggressively priced.
Because it would burn a hole through it. This type of solar concentrator is normally used in conjuction with a water/steam generating system. Though I have not seen one small enough that would work with this. However I am sure that is what they would be working on.
This isn't as unusual a situation as the article seems to suggest. While individual retail customers are routinely dinged by an ETF, carriers (not just Nextel) will waive these fees for their corporate customers. It is part of the overall contract that the corporation makes with the carrier. My company for example, doesn't get charged ETFs by some of our contracted carriers.
Please, please, please, fly me away.
Look, if anyone needs a break, I do. Fly me away!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
