It'd be cool if you could snooze by rotating it. I have trouble finding snooze some mornings.
Nice. I've always like Panerai watches because of their simplicity. This one doesn't pop out at me though.
so you can power your flashlight from the sun while using it to illuminate the -wait...

Who would remember to charge this thing up during the day and use it at night?
I have to keep reminding myself that engadget "writers" are just bloggers and are more or less about as qualified as most of us are to write about any of this stuff.
Exactly what is so bad about this? The only thing that is glaringly obvious is its capacity.
I'd be surprised if this guy wasn't more than qualified for this position. Just because a company isn't doing well doesn't mean every single person in that company is not a good engineer or manager or whatnot.
Krell has been going down in quality for quite a while now. Still good stuff, but c'mon, and iPod dock?
wow looks like a great phone. Hope the keypad is usable.
Well it's not JUST an upscaling DVD player. It's also a media server, which works much better than any setup most people can manage. Also, don't knock it till you've tried it.
What're you talking about? The iphone cost nowhere near 1200-1400 and it was impossible to buy without a 2yr contract in the states unless of course it was on the gray market. Apple made huge profits on the sale of each phone and they weren't subsidized at all.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
