Loving the new look! Great job guys.
I took option 2. Went on eBay and bought an NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 for my Mac Pro.
Cost me less than £70 and has a DVI and a DP port on it so I get the best of both worlds. I'm guessing it must be HDCP compliant.

All this crazy expensive adaptor business is a nightmare. I remember when I had to buy an ADC/DVI adaptor. Cost me over £100 and all because Apple phased out a technology that they invented themselves. It worries me with these talks of LightPeak coming that once I've paid to update all my hardware they will phase it out and I'll be back to adaptor hell again!
Looks good, the folding mechanism would have to be strong and durable.
Yes Greg, your the first person everyone will downrate. Congrats!
Weird. I saw one of these 2 weeks ago as a demo unit in the Windsor (England) branch of Carphone Warehouse. It was a dummy phone. The pink is pastel and dreary. Looks like a cheap knockoff.
Finally! I can stop iPhoto opening every single time I plug my iPhone. It is the single most annoying thing ever.
Well done Flexibits! Oh and thanks for the freebie too!

You can never have too many exclamation marks!!!
Really? Why wouldn't they do that? Lame/

I live in England and ll the phone companies do it as par for the course. The police will also always investigate a stolen piece of equipment if there is solid evidence that it is in specific location.

Unfortunately for my boss, a 2nd hand laptop he bought was taken off him when the police turned up at his door demanding it. Turns out the laptop had called home and reported his IP address. the police called the ISP to determine which customer had that IP address and off they went.
IMEI blocking stops the phone being used. A pass-code lock and turning on the option to wipe after 10 incorrect password inputs makes your data safe.

That seems pretty secure to me. Personally I love the idea of tracking my iphone. Just give the co-ordinates to the police and let them sort it out. Same as I would if my stolen laptop "phoned home".
Well I got mine at 12:01 last night at a midnight launch. Traded in my old DS Lite and got the DSi with a game, starter kit and 4GB sd card for £85. Very happy. I do prefer the glossy finish of the ds lite though.
I was given an alu wireless keyboard and while it looks great and is nice and smal on my desk I keep having to plug in my wired alu one when I work. Typing numbers into Quark/InDesign using the top keys is cumbersome.

I'd love a full-sized wireless board.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
