They already use car bombs and they could use single engine planes or ultralights today. Point being made is they already have the tools to do tyhe work to day and adding these flying cars won't make a even a small difference. Thesea flying cars will also be safer than driving. If you put all the cars in the world in the air today their would still be miles of airspace separating them.
