Wouldn’t it be even BETTER if HP actually didn’t lose your laptop while fixing it and replace it with a subpar cheaper chassis laptop. This has happened to thousands recently. If only they could keep up with their own technology sad really.

I decided to remove Vista after the last update; It caused my computer to go even SLOWER! I replaced it with Server 08 (probably windows 7 bigger brother) works like a champ now.

"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
