I guess this is going to be held at the Sony Center in Berlin? Anyone going?

Yeah that's what I hoped would fix it too, but it didn't. My phone is 3 weeks old, it had the hissing when I tried it first time, and it was still there after the firmware upgrade. So then I went looking on the net for a solution...turns out that many more customers have this problem (as well as others, such as mixing up ID3 tags) and best thing is; SE doesn't care! They officially said that they wont address this problem. Funny thing is, the first w810i didnt have the problem, UNTIL their firmware was upgraded. This hiss problem is a software problem, later added because of a bugfix. Talk about customer-service...
I wonder if this phone also has the nice 'constant hiss' feature that my W810i has...really, you gotta love it! Oh and then there's the shuffle feature for the clicks and pops that come flying at ya way random! Great! That sure does remind me of the quality of the Walkman stuff from way back :/

It's sad to see how insensitive and rude people are talking about this tragic death. I know it is hard to feel bad about something that stands far away from you, and perhaps we shouldnt try to feel bad about it at all. However, I dont think there is any reason to try and be funny and respectless. This woman surely did not want to die and probably never even thought about a situation like that. She simply wanted to win her kids a present.
I feel sorry for her and for her kids.
that photo is priceless, hahaha
lol
Again, good to see researchers are trying to make the life of diabetics easier. However, me being a diabetic with good eyes, I can say that Im not really comfortable with wearing lenses for merely that reason. Some time ago there was this buzz about a bloodsugar monitoring wristwatch, which measured right through the skin, so no need for a needle, sting, or blood. Problem was that it was completely inaccurate. However, the product's concept is a really good one. Just check your watch and see what your bloodsugarlevel is! Or set a little alarm when it goes below x or above y... I hope they're still woring on that. I'd much much rather wear that than these lenses.
Just what I've been waiting for!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
