Jun 27th 2008 5:01PM I've always thought that Windows 3.1 was the pinnacle of innovation. Even though it looked so similar to what the Macintosh had done, it somehow opened up the world of computing for me by making it more accessible.
(Yeah, that sounds like it's obvious - o"pening the world by making it accessible" - but somehow it still makes sense. Maybe I just need more caffeine.)
