You know I absolutely love freekin trackballs but I could never quite get the accuracy right when like editing in Photoshop. Maybe I was doing something wrong. Other than that, they are the shieet.
I was quasi-content in waiting for network/firmware issues to get analyzed/debugged/etc but the keypad on my old SLVR V8 just went Full Retard on me this weekend.

Hurry up RIM! I'm using a Treo for christsakes!
Did anyone else Harpoon bad guys to the hood of a car and then just....drive around? :)

How bout Harpooning guys to a brick wall and then fire a rocket at it to watch all the guys burst in flames and start spinning around because of the blast force?

I HEART CRACKDOWN :D
@Snatcher

I dub thee.....my HERO.
Add just 2 more of those tiny buttons. For FAST FORWARD/REWIND and obviously, they should also do double duty as NEXT TRACK/PREVIOUS TRACK. That would be so convenient for when ur working out and its in ur pocket.

And regdless of whether or not you put those extra buttons, give us an option to make the HOLD switch (as someone already said) only "hold" any touchscreen activity. With the current design and placement of the physical buttons, you have to be very deliberate in order to press them.....which means its pretty hard to press them accidentally.
I second what superfresh said. I love how everyone thinks digital distribution is right around the corner. Are you kidding me? Our network infrastructure is garbage. Way too latent to appeal to the instant gratification culture we've all come to know and love (in one way or another).
So is this a flight on Virgin airlines or an airline flight full of virgins?

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
