Apr 2nd 2006 9:41PM No good deed goes unpunished. Particularly in a conservative society. Because a good change is still a change. There's a reason places like Portage County, Ohio, are not the source of new gadgets. Or, pretty much, new anything.

It's too bad under modern conservative jurisprudence, mens rea is considered a quaint concept and stupid people in power scared of cardboard boxes with shiny wrapping paper expend taxpayers' funds on unnecessary criminal proceedings.
