Nov 15th 2007 1:45PM i hate to say it but the software is horrible. the biggest disaster ms has ever concocted. The whole thing just frustrates me because circuit city denied my warrantied zune 30 in exchange for the zune 80. then i get home thinking "at least i get the firmware update" and that sucks too! im seriously reconsidering ip*d for my next dap purchase...
p.s. steve ballmer your a jerk and i hope someone at ms reads this, and perhaps sends me a free zune 160!
