Boostjunkie, how do you figure that the PS3 is so expensive?? You get Blu-ray, Built-in Wireless, and a 40 gig HD for $399. The Xbox Core system is 349.00 and you still have to dish out the funds wireless.

Rob, I think you completely missed the moral of the story. It isn't the price of the gift, but the gift itself that he had longed for. These parents purposely set their child up for disappointment & publicly humiliated him in front of the family. Again, it makes no difference in hell if it was an Xbox or just $10 basketball he had been wishing for.

"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
