Mar 11th 2008 2:14PM its actually coming from spy photos. Which you would know if you just followed the link this story goes to. While they have terrible graphics, and they speculate way ahead of time, Bestcar is pretty accurate for what its worth.

2008 Tokyo Auto Salon: Nissan GT500 GT-R live! {Autoblog}

Jan 18th 2008 12:23PM Its in preparation for the 2009 SuperGT season that will see the GT500 class change to V8 engines by the new regulations. The engines will be from Formula Nippon, which all current manufactures build engines for.

FIA to cap F1 team budgets for 2009 {Autoblog}

Jan 18th 2008 12:19PM exactly, its an enforcement nightmare. Last year has shown how prevalent cheating is in F1 (with McLaren and Renault both being found guilty), constructers can easily out-source spending and hide development in places that the FIA has no jurisdiction by the Concorde Agreement. The IRS and SEC have a hard enough job doing the same thing, and they have infinitely larger resources then he FIA.

Pics (and VIDEO) Aplenty: Mazda Furai Concept {Autoblog}

Jan 13th 2008 1:11PM Please Mazda build this. I won't be able to afford it, but its just an original and refreshing design. Also, strike a deal with Warner Bros and place it in a Batman movie.

Spy Shots, Tokyo Motor Show edition: Amuse and Top Secret taking on the GT-R {Autoblog}

Jan 10th 2008 1:51PM Actually, the latest issue of Option magazine dynoed the GT-R. The stock GT-R dynoed at 285hp at the wheel. Just by changing the exhaust with the Minez exhaust the GT-R was able to get 507hp at the wheels; no other modifications where made to the car.

Nissan is NOT discouraging tuning, in the Option interview with a Nissan representative, Nissan is only making sure they are not paying warranties on tuned-cars.

Sony's budget-friendly VAIO VGN-NR160E laptop gets reviewed {Engadget}

Sep 25th 2007 3:35PM I seriously hate all the "crap-ware" that gets put into laptop these days.

I have no experience with this laptop, but my HP is filled with useless crap. I even tried uninstalling some of it, totally messed my windows install up due to registry entries that weren't completely removed during the uninstall process. I've eventually got it all removed, but its something I definitely want to avoid (especially apps that run in the background)

Sony PSP 1-SEG digital TV tuner hands-on {Engadget}

Sep 22nd 2007 12:52AM To be fair to Engadget, half the shit they point out to be rip-offs are really rip-offs.

This 1-seg PSP really isn't.

PSP overtakes DS in Japanese hardware sales {Engadget}

Sep 22nd 2007 12:03AM Only because of FF7: Crisis Core. Will probably be back to DS dominance next week.

However, Final Fanatsy 7; Crisis Core is an absolutely amazing game with steller graphics. Just beat it, tear-jerker ending.

Sony PSP 1-SEG digital TV tuner hands-on {Engadget}

Sep 22nd 2007 12:00AM >>Haven't been reading comments much, have you?

You mean, instead of actually watching real TV just watch YouTube videos?

¿ʎuunɟ ǝq oʇ ʇdɯǝʇʇɐ uɐ sıɥʇ sɐʍ

Regardless, of cheesy jokes the real 1-seg technology is really cool.

Sony PSP 1-SEG digital TV tuner hands-on {Engadget}

Sep 21st 2007 11:06PM I forgot to mention, 1-seg is also available for the Nintendo DS (as well as pretty much every Cell phone in Japan, as well as Navigation systems).

Seriously, its pretty amazing watching crystal clear TV on your cell phone for free.
