Another review written by a novice. Every time I see complaints in an article about about the smoothness of rewind and glitches streaming HD over wireless networking, I take the rest of the review it an enormous grain of salt. What's next, dinging the quality of the appliance's video for MPEG artifacts in the encoded content? Seriously, how do these clowns get jobs reviewing hardware?
*sigh* I guess being constantly subjected to everybody's childish whining about Vista is karma for whining about 2000 and XP when they came out. "Windows 98 SE forever!"
When is Dell going to catch a clue and start adding real resolutions to their laptops. At least me WSXGA+ an option, Dell! I understand that it is not for everyone, but I for one am tired of needlessly scrolling and tweaking my browser into oblivion to get pages to fit properly. Apparently I'm in the vast minority since because Dell continues to sell millions of latitudes , despite their woefully deficient graphics.
"i hate digi photo frames..."

I don't know if I'd go as far as all that, but this one certainly doesn't do anything for me.
As I read this, I glance over to the left where I see my analog TV and laserdisc player (in my basement no less) gathering dust. [nonchalantly pretends to stretch while looking for hidden cameras.]
Miniature sundial, and it makes reaching into my pocket with my left hand a nightmare.
I'm actually somewhat intrigued as well. But this is definitely something I wouldn't be sight unseen, and good luck finding this in our local retailer. (Especially since CompUSA will be gone.)
Sirius / XM (post merger) would be ideal. The best of the music channels (hopefully without commercials) combined with the best of all the talk and sports.

After that, all I would need is some good downloadable HD content and I'd be all set.
Michael Bay's entire claim to fame is making mediocre movies with big budget action that have NEVER come even CLOSE to delivering on their potential. He has never even been NOMINATED for a serious award and is 3 time Razzie award nominee for "Worst Director". The guy makes schlocky, action films with enormous budgets, thin plots, non-existent character development and action scenes that make it impossible for any reasonable person over the age of 19 to suspend belief. (And I'm including Transformers, which had awesome special effects, a couple of hot young girls but little else.)

So frankly I don't care what this tool has to say about the format war. If anything, HD-DVD is going to rule the HD disc roost because the people that can't afford a high-speed line for online-delivered content aren't going to throwing away wads of cash for a "superior" format that doesn't provide a superior experience since both formats have wasted space on them.
Are we even sure that this product is real? Visit their site and there is no mention. Nor is there any other product that is even remotely similar. It's all IR camera systems.

And if it were in black and being sold for a reasonable price, I'd consider it.

If you don't need it to be TOO small, you can always look at something like these:

"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
