Fixing the world economy?

I think we should start with our own country, here, first.

Cut out the bailouts; redistribute the money that WOULD be allocated to these bigwigs to the common man. The money will be poured into the economy locally, instead of sending some CEO off to Taihiti for a month-long vacation.
I know the math doesn't quite work out to as much as the emails flying around the series-of-tubes says it would, but any little bit would help the Average Joe make ends meet, at the very least.
And if the big corporations that are accepting bailouts can't hack it, their parts should be auctioned off as smaller, more managable businesses.

Giving me that keyboard would help, too. Then i could spend that money elsewhere, maybe on a nice steak dinner, supporting the farming industry!
Nope. A few of them do. Unfortunately, after the first run, they noticed that things were heating up a little too much, and it was causing problems. So after the first run, they removed the WiFi antenna.
So would it be proper to say, "I built a life-sized replica of the Death Star completely using Lego?"

Lego has become a household name for building blocks, the same as Velcro has become for hook-and-pile tape. Rather than having extra words, such as 'Lego building blocks' or even 'Lego blocks', it's easier to type and say, 'legos', and last i checked, it is perfectly acceptable.

And since the Technics sets still have building block interfaces, i would presume it would also be acceptable to refer to them as legos, in the generic usage.

Unless, of course, you're a LEGOmaniac and obsess over honoring the corporation that brought us such a wonderful gift.
@zomgrotfl

That has got to be the most pointless, abstract, and ultimately un-necessary references to an Apple product i've seen come across the comments in a long time.

Congratulations, you're a douche.
I've played DVD's, gold-backed games, blue-backed games, and the old PS1 black discs on my fat old PS2. I've also played music CD's on it. I can only recall one disc my PS2 won't play, and that's because for some reason the disc isn't held properly by the spindle, so it just flops around.

Maybe i'm just lucky like soulsaber, but the PS2 i had before this one never experienced any issues, either.
Or, you could hop on GameTap and play it free, too.
Or the HyperSpace ColorDrive, which has the hidden feature of allowing faster-than-light travel, and comes in an assortment of attractive colors?
I dunno about anyone else, but with the new firmware, i'm noticing a significant improvement. Apps that lagged before (esp. SMS, while typing) seem to be much more responsive. That was really only one of two things that bugged me about it, firmware-wise. Then again, i'm easy to please and i deal with what i got. Sure, copy/pasta would be nice, but it's not so crucial that i can't live without it.

The other thing that still bugs me is the lack of MMS. Sure, someone can send me a picture message, but then i have to go to a website and enter a username/pass every time someone sends it to me. Surely, there's a better way around that. Like, maybe the MMS feature 99% of other AT&T subscribers enjoy?
And if you're one to notice obscure details, there's no App Store either.
If by "cheaper" you mean "of a lower quality", i'd wager yes.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
