He's a pretty funny guy when speaking is ol' Sir Howie. Clip of his chat here : http://video.allthingsd.com/
Wow, interesting to see the PS2 still doing so well.
Was just reading through the topic on the forum, and when I went to the select 'next page' it disappeared. Looks like the entire topic has been deleted? Conspiricy?? :)
The man is some kind of genius, it has to be said.
So is it compatible with GT5? I didn't see that listed on the original blog posting.
Blu-ray was the single reason I bought my PS3.
Thanks for reminding me why I preferred Blu-ray.

-Better Spec
-Would be around longer than 12 months
-Wide manufacturer support
-PS3 future proof

So happy...

"Keep more of the money!" :)

Well if that isn't incentive enough, I don't know what is!
It's going to be awkward seeing as Sony won't want to upset the other BDA members, but pushing the PS3 as a legitimate Blu-ray player for people that have zero interest in gaming would certainly help sales, especially after the big announcement today.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
