No, I agree with Zero here. I'm in the underground music scene, and while my band plays with the usual rigs, I am friends with a few souls who go out there and try to be innovative in the spirit of Bowie and those that came after him. For them, using HIS toy would be entirely unthinkable. They are busy building and designing and/or altering their own instruments. I mean, if you want to build something like Bowie's Stylophone just for fun, great, but I don't think anyone who's seriously trying to make music and be innovative in a DIY sense is going to gain anything from this.
It would appear there's an 80g model as well
I like the idea of 'suicide' as a stand-alone verb.
You've clearly never been to Ann Arbor
Fantabulous
Except 'wherefore' means 'why.' So . . . "Why are you signal?"

sorry, lit nerd
Were you using this with a laptop? Because I've heard that they're fairly unreliable with laptops because they can't pull enough power from the usb or something . . .
I thought I was already out of the running. I'll take it, please :)
Let me preface this by saying I was angry about the first 'review' as well.

Point 1). All reviews are biased. A movie review is biased, a book review is biased, and tech reviews are biased. It's all about what the author likes, dislikes, and feels is important. You see it everywhere. If this were not the case then there would only be one reviewer for every genre of stuff out there. This is why we all ready multiple reviews to see how different personalities feel about any given subject. If you find that generally you jive with Ryan Block, then trust his review. If you feel you don't generally jive with him, then read someone else's. Or, best case scenario, read many reviews, get some facts, and decide for yourself whether or not it's worth the investment. Hell, I've played with these things in stores, downloaded the new Zune software, played with that, and read many reviews, and I still don't know if it's worth replacing my S30 with the Zune 80.

Point 2). If you're expecting Engadget to be the deciding factor in whether or not you buy something new, oh my god, shut up and stop it. There are obviously better review sites out there, with ranking systems, in depth analysis and everything. I think it's inane to expect Ryan to regurgitate every one of the stats and figures that you can easily find on CNet or some other dedicated review page.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
