Ah, fighting marketing fire with marketing fire.
As a marketing major I absolutely love it!!!
I am a college student attending Washington State University. And to be very honest, out here in Pullman there is NOTHING to do.
This Xbox 360 Elite would give me a buffer from my girlfriend when I need it and give me an alternative to the average option of just getting wasted out here in the Palouse. I even have an Xbox Live account, but not 360! My room mate moved his system into his bedroom after buying his own tv.
I sit yearning some Halo action - but to no avail as my credit says no while my desire says yes.
Save me xbox360fanboy?
I wish that we could have found such good deals as this while HD-DVD was still a viable option to go for high def. If microsoft had such a vested interest in that platform they should have bitten the bullet and incorporated it into the 360 as soon as possible. Maybe it was a cost efficiency issue? Seems unlikely as I believe the ps3 has a lower success rate of production when it comes to its parts. And they managed to become profitable sooner. Who knew?
I have been trying to get an xbox 360 pro for a few weeks now at retail stores. Yet, to my dismay they are completely dry! One store even said that the computer code indicated a short term TERMINATION of production. And that usually indicates "a companies way of altering oversupply".
Seriously guys, I am just trying to play some Halo and COD4, why can't I just give them my money and it all be good?
I want the 360 and the TV, my roommate needs the Old Spice though :P
Engadget, you rock out with your _____ out!
What I really want to know is whether or not this update includes VPN for the iPod Touch. When the touch first came out, over the phone Apple said it would have VPN capability, however it does not. I go to college where we have to usn VPN in order to use the wireless on campus, so not having that is MAJOR drag. Guess they want to push you into an iPhone right? Yay for EDGE? False.
This + my flat panel = technology sex.
I love to have a psp!
I really really want a Wii. And I am just a broke-ass college student!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
